Here are some things you should know.
Payment Schedule:
-To book any service, a 10% non-refundable deposit MUST BE PAID before we can schedule the consultation. You will receive the invoice after booking your service.
-40% of the remaining payment must be paid 72 HOURS (THREE DAYS) after the consultation.
-The remaining balance must be paid in full five (5) days before the event.
Cancellation Policy:
-If you cancel SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE your scheduled event, you will receive everything but the 10% non-refundable consultation fee.
-If you cancel FIVE (5) DAYS BEFORE your scheduled event, you will receive 50% of what you've paid.
-If you cancel 72 HOURS, or THREE (3) DAYS, BEFORE your event, there is no refund for the event.
Rescheduling:
-You may reschedule your event ONE TIME within the next 30 days to avoid any penalties.
-If the event must be rescheduled again, there will be a 25% rescheduling fee added to the total cost of your event that will be paid in full FIVE DAYS BEFORE the event's date.
